Catalogue offers are only valid during the catalogue period, while stock lasts. Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. Koorong Reward Points are not earned on purchases with discount over 20%.​

Gift Cards

Koorong Gift Cards are valid for three years (36 months) from the date of issue/invoice. Cards can be redeemed in-store or used online at koorong.com. For online redemption, change will be issued in the form of an eVoucher. For in-store redemption, change will be issued as a Voucher and/or a maximum of $9.95 cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. This Gift Card is not redeemable or refundable for cash and cannot be used at Pages Café or for eBook purchases.

Gift eVouchers are valid for three years (36 months) from the date of issue/invoice. They can be redeemed in-store or used online at koorong.com. For online redemption, change will be issued in the form of an eVoucher. For in-store redemption, change will be issued as a Voucher and/or a maximum of $9.95 cash. Lost or stolen eVouchers will not be replaced or refunded. They are not redeemable or refundable for cash and cannot be used at Pages Café or for eBook purchases.

Koorong Reward Points & Coupons

Koorong Reward Points accrue at the rate of one point for every non-account dollar spent in-store or online, by Koorong Members. Seventy-five points can be earned for every written review approved and published on Koorong.com. Limit of 300 Koorong Reward Points can be earned during any calendar month by the submission of reviews. When 300 points have accrued in a calendar year (reset to 0 January 1), a $10 Reward Coupon will be sent to you within a month either by mail, email or SMS. Points are not earned on account purchases, discounts over 20%, eBooks, eAudio books, eTickets, licences, gift cards & vouchers, and Pages Café purchases.

Koorong Reward Coupons are valid for four (4) months from the date of issue. They can be used in-store or online at Koorong.com for any product purchase. Coupons cannot be refunded for cash or used for account payments. Change cannot be given for purchases less than the coupon amount.

Storewide Sales

Discount available for items currently in stock only and not valid in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. Does not apply to eBooks, eAudio books, gift cards/vouchers, tickets, licences, NETT priced items, donations, bookstalls, backorders, BPAY, prepaid orders or Pages Café purchases. Discount applies to cash, credit card, EFTPOS, PayPal, and gift card/voucher redemption purchases only. Items cannot be set aside for customer pick up. Online orders must be paid for at the time of order via credit card, PayPal, or gift card/voucher redemption only to receive sale discount. Shipping rates are calculated after sale discount has been applied. Koorong Reward Points are not earned on purchases with discount over 20%.

20% discount applies to online purchases paid for at time of order by credit card, PayPal or gift card/voucher redemption only and in-store purchases when a barcode coupon is presented.
