IOS - BlueFire Reader

  1. Create an AdobeID and click on "Not a member yet? Get an Adobe ID". Skip this step if you already have an AdobeID.

  2. Navigate to the Koorong website and add your AdobeID in the form

  3. On your device, download the BlueFire reader app from the app store and download your eBooks from the Koorong website

  4. When you open the app you will be prompted to enter your Adobe ID details.

  1. Downloading and opening ebooks with Bluefire reader

    • go to your Safari App.

    • go to

    • Make sure you are logged in to the website and find your Digital Library

    • once you are in your Digital Library, select "Download Now" next to the book that you want to download.

      This will bring up a screen that reads, "Do you want to Download 978xxxxxxxxxx.acsm" and select "Download"".

    • Find the Blue Download Arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and tap on this.

    • Tap on the file "978xxxxxxxxxx.acsm" which should bring up a blank screen with the 978xxxxxxxxxx on it.

    • Where the Blue Download Arrow was in the upper right hand corner, there is now a Blue Box with an arrow coming out of the top of the box. Tap on this.

    • In the first row that appears, there are some contacts, but in the second row there are some apps. Scroll all the way to the right and tap the "More" button at the end of this list.

    • Look for the “copy to Bluefire Reader” or “Copy to Adobe Digital Editions” button in this list.

    • Use your Adobe ID to authorize your Bluefire Reader or Adobe Digital Editions App.
