Creating An Account

Signing up is easy! If you already have an account with Koorong but haven’t shopped online just set your password. If you are brand new to Koorong simply Sign Up and fill out the form provided.

You will need to provide an email address, your name and create a password. We require that your password is at least six characters long and that it contains at least one number. You will then need to provide an address and at least one phone number, and you have a choice to provide your birthday so we can send you a special birthday treat. You then have the choice to select your preferences so that you only hear about the sales that interest you. Once you have confirmed your details you will be given an 8-digit Koorong Membership Number. You will receive an email with this number and we ask that you keep a record of it for future reference. You can Log In to Koorong.com using this membership number or your email address.

You can access and update your details anytime in My Koorong using your membership number or email address, and your password.

Please note if you already have a Koorong Member Number linked to the email address you use and wish to create a new Member Number you will need to contact your local Koorong store.
